About The Hidden Veggies
The Hidden Veggies is a source of practical, simple, and yet nutritious recipes that the whole family can agree on. Full of recipes and ideas for incorporating more fruits and veggies into your diet - nutritious, yet “normal” everyday comfort foods that you and your whole family will want to eat. All of my recipes are vegan. This means that they are dairy free, egg free, and of course meat free. Most recipes are also gluten free and nut free as well.
I will only post recipes that I have made personally and perfected. My kids and family will have tested all of the recipes and given them the official thumbs up before posting. The recipe will appear near the top of each post and you will not have to scroll through tons of pictures and narratives to find the actual recipe.
It is my mission is to help people transition to a healthier plant based diet without having to give up the great tasting comfort foods that they love. I want to make this process as simple as possible for you!
