Vegan Green Bean Casserole

This classic-tasting vegan green bean casserole is filled with rich and creamy mushroom soup and green beans, then topped with fried onions baked to crispy golden perfection.

Make a vegan cream of mushroom soup with sautéed mushrooms, plant milk, and spices.

Fill a casserole dish with fresh or frozen green beans. Pour the soup over the green beans and mix well.

Sprinkle the top with fried onions, and bake at 375°F for 35-45 minutes.

Let it cool down and firm up for about 10 minutes before serving.
