Low Carb Pizza Crust

This easy low carb pizza crust is simply amazing! It's made with tofu instead of grain, so it's vegan, gluten-free, keto friendly & high in protein! It's an ideal healthy pizza crust alternative.

Add crumbled tofu, salt, garlic, herbs, olive oil, & nutritional yeast into your food processor. Blend until mixed into a crumbly dry paste.

Drizzle oil at the bottom of an iron skillet. Put the tofu mixture in the skillet.

Spread it out evenly about 1/2 inch thick.

Bake until it starts to dry out slightly & get crispy on the bottom.

Spread sauce onto the crust & add toppings.

Bake again for 10 more minutes.

Slice & serve.

Mix it up with different toppings each time!
