Homemade Vegan Mounds or Almond Joy Bars

Mix together coconut milk, sugar, and corn starch, then heat it until it becomes thick.

Let’s get started!

Stir in some vanilla extract into your cream mixture to give the mounds bars more flavor.

Add sweetened shredded coconut. And mix will with a rubber spatula until it's combined. 

Form into bars and freeze for 20 minutes.

Dip the frozen bars into melted chocolate and coat completely.

Place onto parchment paper.
