Healthy Roasted Cauliflower

Roasted cauliflower nuggets are gluten-free and vegan.  They're healthy, delicious, easy to make, and kids love them!

Drizzle cauliflower pieces with olive oil.  Toss to coat well.  (This helps the seasoning to stick to the cauliflower.)

Mix together cornmeal, salt, and spices in a seperate container.

Sprinkle the cornmeal and spice mixture over the cauliflower pieces and mix well to coat the cauliflower in flavor.

Spread the seasoned cauliflower out on a sheet pan and bake at 425° F.

Take it out of the oven and flip it every 15 minutes. Until it has baked for about 45 minutes and it's golden brown.
