Add broth, spices, nutritional yeast, and oil to some pressed tofu in a food processor and blend.

Pour the smooth blended tofu into a glass mixing bowl.

Fold in wheat gluten, with a silicone spatula until a firm dough is formed.

Knead the gluten loaf for about 30 seconds and make sure the gluten is fully incorporated. Form it into a ham-shaped loaf.

Wrap vegan ham in a large piece of foil. Place in pot with a steamer basket. Cover and steam for 1 hour.

Remove the foil from ham and cut diagonal lines crisscrossing each other. Place a clove in the center of each square. Place in a small baking dish.

Make the glaze by mixing together broth, oil, maple syrup, smoked paprika, and salt. Pour it evenly over the ham.

Bake the vegan ham uncovered for 25 minutes taking it out of the oven a few times to spoon the glaze evenly over the ham.
