Hakka Noodles

Hakka noodles are flavorful Indo-Chinese style noodles with veggies and a spicy sauce.

This dish is one of our favorite easy weeknight meals!

Heat oil in a large wok, stir fry onions for 1 minute. Add shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell peppers, and salt. Cook over high heat for 3 mins. Then transfer to a bowl.

Turn heat to low, add oil, garlic chile sauce, add garlic then stir. Allow the garlic chile sauce and oil to warm for about 5 minutes to let the flavors blend.

Add soy sauce and seasoned rice vinegar to the oil and stir.

Toss in the cooked noodles and veggies and mix well. Garnish with chopped green onions.

This dish makes the perfect, easy weeknight meal! Plus, it's great for meal prep and it's delicious served the next day in lunches, either hot or cold.
