Cook your choice of vegan bacon according to directions.
Wash and slice the tomato and break up the lettuce into smaller pieces.
Spread vegan mayo on 1 side of 2 pieces of bread.
Put a layer of vegan bacon, sliced tomato, and pieces of lettuce on top of a slice of bread. (Sprinkle with a dash of salt. - optional)
Top with the 2nd slice of bread.
Optional Cooking Methods:
Plain - you can just assemble your sandwich on any plain bread of your choice.
On Toast - toast your bread first and then assemble your vegan bacon, lettuce and tomatoes on after. This gives it more of a crunch.
Grilled - for a hot grilled BLT, assemble the BLT with everything except for the mayo. Then butter the outer sides of the sandwich and grill it over medium heat until it's golden brown. Add the mayo at the end to prevent it from becoming runny.
Notes
Change things up and add avocado, sprouts, cucumbers, pickles or bell peppers to make it your own.
