Measure all of the ingredients into a medium-sized mixing bowl and stir well until combined.
Use as a spread or a dip or any way you would use mayo or sour cream.
Notes
For super creamy horseradish sauce, place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
This horsey sauce will keep for up to 1 week in the fridge.
