Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 2 tsp vegan sugar or sweetener of choice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 9 oz. bag shredded cabbage or about 3 cups of shredded cabbage

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except for the shredded cabbage in a large mixing bowl and stir until creamy.

  2. Add the shredded cabbage and mix well.

  3. Serve immediately or let it sit in the fridge for about 1/2 hour to get creamier.
