soak your tofu in a tofu marinade of choice.
Drain the marinade and coat your tofu in 1/3 cup of corn starch, 3/4 tsp salt and a dash of pepper.
Marinate in the flavored tofu marinade of choice for at least 15 minutes.
Marinate your tofu in soy sauce, tamari, or Bragg's Liquid Aminos if desired.
Bake the tofu at 300°F for about 90 minutes to get a jerky-like texture flipping every 20 minutes.
Mix together 2 tbsp of Bragg's Liquid Aminos, 1 tbsp liquid smoke, 1 tbsp melted refined coconut oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp hot water.
Bake at 400°F for 30-40 minutes flipping every 10-15 minutes.. (Bake time will vary depending on how thin you sliced the tofu). (You can also crumble the tofu and bake for about 25 minutes for tofu bacon bits).
Bake at 400°F for 40-45 minutes flipping after 20 minutes.
