Loaded sheet pan nachos topped with vegan nacho cheese, vegan taco "meat," beans, salsa, guac, olives, tomatoes, jalapenos, and cilantro.
Prepare any topping that you want on them such as nacho cheese sauce, taco meat, or sour cream.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5-7 minutes to heat up and make the corn chips crispy and melt the cheese if necessary. (Optional if using cheese sauce).
Take out of the oven and add any fresh toppings that you want, such as salsa, avocado, tomatoes, or cilantro.
