Aquafaba whipped cream is light & fluffy vegan whipped cream that is gluten-free, soy-free & nut-free! You will be shocked by how amazingly delicious it tastes! It stays creamy for days in the fridge.

Drain the liquid from a can of chickpeas or white beans into a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Mix until it starts to get foamy. Add cream of tartar & mix until very fluffy & forms stiff peaks. Mix in vanilla.

Slowly add powdered sugar while mixing on high until all vanilla & sugar are mixed in & the mixture is very fluffy.

Turn off mixer and add your choice of neutral oil. Mix on low for 5-10 seconds to distribute oil.

Use it on top of my vegan pudding or jello and to make my vegan strawberry shortcake,!
