Ingredients

of oatmeal
¼
cup
ground flax

tbsp
brown sugar or sweetener of choice
1/8
tsp
salt
¼
tsp
baking soda

tbsp
gluten free flour of choice or protein powder

tbsp
water

coconut oil or nut butter
1/4
cup
Chocolate chips or raisins

Instructions
Put 1 cup of oatmeal in a food processor and pulse a few times to grind up the oatmeal.
Add the flax, sugar, salt, baking soda, water, coconut oil, and flour or protein powder to the food processor.
Blend until mixed thoroughly
Add the remaining ¾ cup oatmeal and mix lightly
Add chocolate chips and/or raisins and stir.
Roll into balls using your hands
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
You may substitute the coconut oil for any nut butter of choice.
