Authentic tasting homemade vegan cream cheese made in any flavor you like.
Drain and press your tofu very well, removing as much liquid as possible.
Blend with an immersion blender for about 2 minutes until mixture is smooth and creamy.
*For sweet flavors, add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. You can also use granulated sugar, but the powdered sugar keeps the cream cheese smooth and creamy. This is optional but recommended for the most authentic flavor.
