Boil broth (or hot water) then turn off heat and add the TVP.
Stir it well, then cover and let it sit for 5 minutes to soak up the flavor and rehydrate.
Use as you would "meat" crumbles in any recipe.
Notes
Use a 1:1 ratio of liquid to TVP to rehydrate it.
Change the broth flavor to change the TVP flavor.
Add additional spices like garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and more for a more flavorful TVP. Add soy sauce or Bragg's liquid aminos for a more beef-like flavor.
