In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the tahini, Bragg's Liquid Aminos, and lemon juice until smooth. (This will become very thick.)
Add the water 1 tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.
Add the minced garlic and garlic chili sauce to the bowl and whisk until well combined.
Serve the spicy tahini sauce immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
Tahini settles on the shelf. Be sure to give it a good stir to mix in the oil if any has risen to the surface.
Tahini gets thicker when a small amount of liquid is added to it. Just keep adding the given about of liquid and stirring, then it will thin out into a perfectly smooth sauce.
