Add 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs and stir well. Sprinkle on top of your favorite casserole or roasted veggies about 5 minutes before the end of baking to prevent them from burning in the oven.
Notes
Nutritional yeast adds a slightly cheesy flavor to the vegan breadcrumbs. However, if you don't have any, you can omit it or swap it out for some vegan parmesan cheese.
To make these gluten-free, use gluten-free panko breadcrumbs.
