Stretch out your premade pizza dough to the shape of your pizza pan. (I find that using a rolling pin dusted in flour is the easiest way to roll out the dough if you are not experienced in throwing pizza dough.)
Rehydrate the soy curls - heat 1/2 cup of chicken broth in a saucepan until boiling, then add 1 cup of soy curls, stir well, turn off the heat, cover, and let them sit for 5 minutes until they soak up all of the broth.
Place 1 cup of vegan chicken in a bowl and mix with 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce until well coated.
Spread the remaining cup of BBQ sauce over your pizza dough as you would traditional pizza sauce.
Top your pizza with vegan cheese, sliced green peppers, and the coated faux chicken.
Bake the pizza in a 425°F (218°C) oven for about 15 minutes until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted.
Notes
You don't need to pre-cook the vegan chicken, it will cook on the pizza.
If you are using a baking sheet to bake your pizza, you may want to coat it with a little olive oil to avoid sticking to the pan.
You can also dust the bottom of the pizza dough with cornmeal to help it not stick to the pan and give the crust a little extra crunch.
