To add a little cheesy flavor to your dairy-free garlic butter, try adding 2 teaspoons of nutritional yeast or vegan parmesan along with the garlic and herbs.
When using garlic butter in cooking or baking, be cautious not to overheat the butter, as its smoke point is lower than that of oil, and the garlic and herbs can also burn.
