Step 1 - Allow your vegan butter to warm on the countertop for about 1/2 hour before making or pop it into the microwave for 10-15 seconds to t warm up, but not melt.
Step 2 - To a medium-sized bowl add 1/2 cup of vegan butter, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley, and 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives (or green onion.)
Step 3 - Stir until well combined, and they use as you would butter on savory foods.
