🥄 How to make a gyro spice blend

Step 1 - Add all of the spices to a bowl and stir well, or simply add them to a jar and give it a shake.
Step 2 - Use 1 teaspoon of spice blend for each cup of meat or meat substitute.
Step 3 - Store any unused spice mix in a cool dry place in a sealed container for up to 6 months.

- For a low sodium Gyro seasoning mix, reduce the salt by 1/2 or omit the salt completely.
- Double or triple the batch if you make Gryos frequently enough to use up the spices in the next 6 months.
