If you are craving the Big Mac flavor, but want a vegan alternative, this recipe is for you. I love to use this sauce as a salad dressing on my vegan Big Mac salad, but it’s also great on tofu wraps or as a dipping sauce for zucchini fries or tofu fries.

- Vegan Mayo
- Vinegar
- Pickle Relish
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Smoked Paprika
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Turmeric
- Salt
How to make vegan Big Mac Sauce

Step 1 – In a small bowl, mix vegan mayo, vinegar, mustard, ketchup, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, and salt until combined.


Pro Tips
- Many copycat Big Mac sauce recipes don’t call for ketchup since it is not listed in their ingredients list, however, I find that it provides a little sweetness, makes it taste like the authentic sauce, and makes the color look more authentic too. You can also swap out the ketchup with a little sugar instead.
- When using this for a salad dressing, I double the amount of white vinegar to thin it out a little and give it a bit more tang.
Storage
Store your Big Mac sauce in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week. You can also freeze leftover sauce.
