- Vegan Sour Cream - this is the base of the creamy sauce. You can use any store-bought dairy-free sour cream or make your own using my tofu sour cream recipe.
- Vegan Mayo - for a little extra creaminess and tang. Any brand will work or use my homemade vegan mayo recipe.
- Grated Horseradish - this is the type of horseradish that usually comes in a small glass jar and is found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store.
- Garlic Powder - you can also use fresh minced garlic.
- Salt - for flavor.
- Pepper - for a little extra zip. Fresh ground works best.

Can u substitute Horseradish powder instead?
That will probably work, but I haven't texted it. I would add it slowly and taste it as you go since I'm not sure if it will work as a 1:1 swap for jarred horseradish.
